Coimbatore Municipal Corporation plans to set up a bus stand at Kurichi with 25 bus bays, 27 shops, parking facility on about 7,000 sq ft at a cost of Rs 4 crore. The project has received approval from the Public Works Department and following this the civic body awaits administrative sanction from the state government.
