The Rowghat iron ore project is being implemented for the Bhilai Steel Plant. The project came up for a review at a meeting between the Minister of State for Railways Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury and the senior officials of the South-East-Central Railway(SECR) at Raipur. The embankments were being built, bridges constructed and railway lines laid in phase one of the railway lines project.
